There are projects that see the light at the right time. This is one of them.
We partnered with BBSO - a Baptist church community from Oradea, Romania - to create their new visual identity. We began with a brand clarification process alongside the church leadership, defining the core idea and values the identity needed to carry. The foundation they already had was strong: speranța care te ridică - the hope that lifts you. Our job was to find the visual form that earns that claim without overstating it.
The Logo
The new mark is built from two elements, intentionally simple, intentionally separate: a sealed space, broken open. The shape is minimal, architectural, and works both as a standalone symbol and as an anchor for the broader visual system - versatile enough to carry across print, apparel, and digital.
Moving forward
Alongside the identity, we developed an apparel collection built around the same ideas of hope and rising. Each piece carries the mark and the conviction behind it.
The timing is deliberate. Easter is the moment when the empty tomb stops being a symbol and becomes a story. But rising isn't just a seasonal message - it sits at the core of what BBSO is and what they believe their community is called to. The collection is built to outlast the holiday and carry that idea forward.
